*ahemahem* sure they are, andre =)

the order for the posts is messing up my just-awoken brain (ok not just, but i woke up at 12 noon! haha. i don't think i've done this before. my church is closed see). can someone just stick to one format and leave it? pleaase?

ok i have a joke =)
Q. what does a man-eating tigress give birth to?
A. killer litter!

heylo heylo!!!

mwahahaha...my first contribution to this blog. actually it's my second i have no idea why my first entry didn't get published stupid blogger...:P life rocks so far! especially with all the free time and wat's not...coupled with the fact that i watched man utd trash liverpool 4-0 yesterday night!!! hahaha....actually life doesn't rock that much lah. past few days have all been quite boring. the whole week has been like that actually...just read books lor. i haven't touched any school books yet!!! argh...actually i did, but only to read a wee bit of economics in front of my dad to convince him i was doing some revision (hehe...)
oh no one replied to the email i sent to the class..the one written by my dad so i'm guessing it didn't sit very well with you guyz...oops. don't worry bad jokes don't run in the family (you see all my jokes so funny one :P)

In reference to Zhipeng's post dated 4/6/2003 12:51:50 AM, i must say that Miles will do a better job telling us about the Corsican SubLt/Lt/Capt/Col/BG/General/Empereur than I ever can, and furthermore, Napoleon was the "little corporal" (petit caporal, if you insist) long before Hitler was ever born. But then again, interesting parallel eh? =P

Anyway. Controversial forum topic - Singapore has to merge with Malaysia some day in the future in order to guarantee its survival. Something to think about if you're bored.

Annie Way, people, I've changed my blogspot password. Sorry! But if you haven't been invited just tug somebody's sleeve to invite.

They call people up what that's what I hear. If you aren't called it probably isn't, but try calling the day before to confirm.

It's chronological for good reason. There're two types of people. For those who visit every now and then, chronological allows them to start at the start, which is very good. Then comes reverse chronological, which is for people who go online all day and refresh blogs all the time, to see what's latest. THESE PEOPLE ARE CRAZY AND HAVE TOO MUCH TIME AND PROBABLY CABLE MODEMS.

No...why chronological...latest messages will be at the bottom of the page...
Are tuesday interviews postponed?

yes, let's systemise our messages.

1. After this message I'm changing settings to messages being chronological, not reverse chronological. I have to scroll down and read upwards if it's reverse chronological?
2. I refer to this post

* hello. hello. if a message is posted, it means this site is bear-friendly. otherwise....

James... you're using my account can you get your own account thanks :)
3.How's everyone :) I'm doing fine. Let's play soccer/basketball after thursday P.E, preferably soccer.
4. (to jh) Cool website! Nice job. Cool if you're holding a birthday party. Maybe I can pass you Middleton then if you plan to read, I'm not doing justice to my copy in the holidays.

1. I strongly protest over the non-appearance of the word "calligraphy" under the "ABOUT" column
2. Interview's postponed; Monday's off!
3. No History Test for us!
4. (to zk) You could tell us about the Corsican SubLt/Lt/Capt/Col/BG/General/Empereur... no need for Mr. Miles to do that.
5. (to zk) The corporal you're thinking of is Austrian.
6. Humanities Quiz likely to be on 19/4, but could be pushed back (everyone, please pray for this because I cannot make it on the 19th) to the 26th if the sponsor/guest of honour cannot make it.
7. Though the attire for the Quiz is supposedly (according to Wenyu), "blazer and tie", it doesn't mean you can turn up ONLY in blazer and tie.
8. Ergo, please get your uniform, a pair of black shoes, a white shirt or blouse.
9. The "tie" costs $8.
10. Thank you for your attention.

Hello... sorry for the miserable job. I don't have enough left of a brain to figure out archives since I've never used them, so can someone with superior HTML skills take over? =(

ok the pic's up...unfortunately not everyone's in it...i guess it'll stay until we take another class pic. can someone bring a digicam next time?

oh wait it isn't done.. Mel wants me to put in the descript...argh!

YES! it's done! Now anybody wants to recommend a picture for the space on the top? I can make it sepia or something.

I'm FIXING IT! don't go changing it again

I'm sorry if my HTML skills are less than wonderful =( The real thing looks very nice actually

How irritating! School’s closed again!

And I bet it will be closed till even the December holidays would need to be used up.

Come’on, 500 people came into contact with the latest case, a nurse from KK hospital. That’s 500 X 2 on average since they are mostly pregnant women. 21 from SGH are also suspected of coming down with SARS.

This can’t do. Maybe writing to the Straits Times would help stir some controversy over the school closure…

oh wait, someone's already -kindly- changed it back for me... HRMPH. you guys are so not progressive. OK i shall find a khaki one... to better suit your constitutions =(

=(
*smallvoice*
ok i'll change it back

hello. hello. if a message is posted, it means this site is bear-friendly. otherwise....

ArGh can we pls hav the old template back? I was thinking of putting a picture at the top....with all our insane faces...

I have taken liberties with the blog template cos I was bloody bored. I hope you guys don't mind the new one. (If you do, go change it yourself) You can add your links! The ones there came with the blogskin.

I'm half-happy that school is continuing closed cos I haven't done a -thing- for the entire week. Oh, btw, straw poll: if I were to throw a birthday party on monday/tuesday, how many people here would go? *pleasesayyespleasesayyes* A terribly bourgeois thing to do, yes, but my RJ friends are all nudging me to do it. So how? Also, I have lost my millerton book. O.O And I hadn't even finished reading it because I only just got it from Burge the last few days after term. So I shall try to find it somewhere online *slinks off*

On the other hand I'm shirking all my school responsibilities (get back into choir, get back to work, actually understand math, yadda yadda) so i ought to go back .. =p And of course it's horrible for the humanz quiz people.

Doesn't help that my interview is on tuesday and i'm utterly unsure about whether it's going to materialize or not! Argh!

all ya masochists-flagellants-watever oughta be condemned!! =)

ARGH! argharghargh. Break's extended.
That does it. I'm going to do something precipitous. Like study for history test. Hehehahahaha. Stupid school closure. Now everything is screwed up again. oops. I think my mind just snapped. Ho ho ho. Stupid SARS.
P.S.: Humanz quiz will probably be postponed till the 19th. Though how we are going to contact the sec schl tchrs to tell them that is a total mystery for me. argh. screwed.
P.P.S.: We miss another 5 lessons of history. At this rate Miles will never finish telling us the story about bonnie the little corsican corporal.

bleargh i woke up early (yes 10.30 is early for me!!!) *just* to find out if MOE has made a decision on the closure of schools....in the so-called *morning*. Grr...

actually i was woken up by noise. but what the heck.

schls should open cos i'm so utterly bored to death being grounded at home. i'm so bored that i'm finishing my books. i'm so bored that i'm running out of music. i'm so bored that i've started writing non-fictoin *gasp* which is something i haven't done since God-knows-when. tsk tsk, i'm booooored. and humanz quiz is next week. argh. i feel so terribly guilty for wasting almost all my time at home away.
and everyday the news just gets more depressing. stupid bush. he should be burnt. ho ho ho.

on the lighter side, you see if one person on the bus to bukit timah got sars, then SIX educational institution students would get sars cos morning bus soooooo crowded. NJC... NYPS... NYGH... CHS... HCJC... RGPS.... not to forget nearby insitution bus passengers like acjc... acs barker (tho i dun mind if they kena) ... scgs (osso dun mind much) ... nan hua ...

for me i don't want school cause i'm very worried about my studies... esp. middleton and maths and history. so natural postponement of school means i don't have to face those worries. and i never get bored. but i want school cos everyone else does, so okay lor!

haha... they should open them cos i'm bored to death. <-- very intellectual eh

No. those are not my stars...... THAT'S THE NDP LOGO FOR THIS YEAR!

Anyway, a forum topic... Give me reasons why they should and should not continue to close schools....

MWAHAHAHA i'm here to take over the blog. no monopoly for kai or johnny...damnit we should customise this blog...blogspot sux...i'm going thru hell customising my own...

eh in the logo there are more white people than coloured people. hai the government is again giving more attention to expats than locals... hai*

Guys, please support the NDP 2003 book "Things That Make Us Singaporeans". You can send in a write-up (<30 words) or a photograph/cartoon/comic. It will be given free to all people who come for the NDP shows (NE Show ; 19 July. Preview; 26 July. NDP; Aug 9.. duhz.) Alternatively, go to the NDP website at www.ndp.org.sg

BTW, the class journal is in my hands. I will make sure it is "beautifully decorated".

NDP 2003: A Cohesive Society....

oh dammit. i think i just lost my monopoly on the class journal :p

"After that that is bewitching in the idea of a single and constant attachment, and all that can be said of one's happiness depending entirely on any particular person, it is not meant - it is not fit - it is not possible that it should be so." - Jane Austen, Sense and Sensibility.

i think she's correct :(

okok shall go back to inviting pple to the blog
